James Kilpatrick, Managing Partner 
James Kilpatrick is the founder of Lakeside Investment Company.  His career began over 10 years ago with a major national firm specializing in investment property brokerage where he received numerous achievement awards and was an associate director of the multi-housing group.  He has been involved in investment property transactions of varying sizes and product types, but specializes in San Francisco East Bay Investment Real Estate and Nationwide Net Leased properties. 

Mr. Kilpatrick has ownership experience with apartments, office, NNN, industrial, and restaurant properties. James Kilpatrick is the current president of the Berkeley Property Owners Association and regularly guest lectures at colleges and speaks at various industry events.  He is a regular participant in Rebuilding Together, and organization which helps rehabilitate homes for the elderly and disabled.  James Kilpatrick has consulted for firms such as Goldman Sachs and Wellington Management. Mr. Kilpatrick received his B.A. in Economics from UC Berkeley.
