and thereby increasing our property presence throughout
California. We are actively looking for opportunities to
expand our portfolio. We are able
to close quickly on SFR, multi-family, office, retail and
land. We are currently active buyers and owners of these
product types in the entire bay area, with substantial funds
earmarked for immediate acquisitions.
We acquire
single family residences and multi-family properties and
engage in single acquisitions as well as portfolio
transactions up to $10 million. We are currently focused on
single family, apartment, and condominium acquisitions. That
said, we're always interested in properties that are
exceptions to the rule—from retail to office buildings.
Complicated assets are our strength; we enjoy the challenge,
and have the experience to lead the way to outcomes where
everyone wins.
Lakeside Investment Company has an efficient acquisition
review team that ensures quick written response to potential
opportunities. Whether listed or not, procuring brokers will
be protected. We pay referral fees wherever appropriate,
allow procuring brokers to represent us, and are willing and
able to make unsolicited offers quickly
Our
extensive knowledge allows us to provide a quick response to
