Lakeside Investment Company is an opportunistic buyer of properties held by distressed owners who have been unable to stabilize an asset, or have taken out debt that they can no longer service. We also use our lender contacts to get a first pick at bank owned properties (REO).  We focus on areas where we believe the demographics indicate continued net growth during the next 3-5 years and where high barriers to new construction are in place
